Morning Star Academy helps students see how every part of life finds its meaning in Christ through a Classical Christian model of learning. This educational approach focuses on shaping both mind and heart, helping students grow their Biblical worldview alongside strong academic skills.
At MSA, students learn through books, handwriting, and thoughtful study—not just electronic devices. Our traditional and proven hands-on approach combines discussion, memorization, and creative activities, helping students think deeply, retain knowledge, and grow as disciplined learners. Through strong academics, prayer, and guidance, we help students think clearly, live faithfully, and serve others with purpose. Working together with parents, we prepare students to engage the world thoughtfully and confidently—for the glory of God.

Morning Star Academy is accredited as a K-12 institution by Christian Schools International and therefore recognized as an independent accredited school by the State of Iowa.
Morning Star Academy belongs to the Association of Classical and Christian Schools (A.C.C.S.) that holds yearly conventions and provides teacher training and curriculum selection support.
